Responsibilities :
1. Operate the CMS
2. Coordinate with BBM Content Team for questions and answer
3. Coordinate with IEP team, to check and publish the content in Live TV stream and terrestrial
4. Responsible to broadcast message to GW participant , as per agreed content
5. Responsible to set up prize tier distribution in CMS , as per agreed by Supervisor/Korlap BBM
6. Provide quick analysis post session in daily basis
7. handle complain and feedback from users in daily basis

Requirements :
1. Have experienced in Customer Care, Call Center, or Customer Service min. 2 years
2. Detail oriented
2. Excel/MS word literate
3. Logic thinking
4. Able to act quickly when a problem arises (refer to SOP)
5. Good teamwork skills (communication, listening, reliability)
6. Able to follow instructions and production schedules
7. Has high level of concentration
8. Stress Management
