Partner Support Engineer

As Partner Support Engineer, you have the opportunity to accelerate the delivery and improve the quality of the product on the BBM Platform. You will work closely with Partners on the BBM Platform to prepare test cases and build automated test, and analyse issues that iteratively will improve overall Quality of BBM App.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for end to end partner lifecycle from on-boarding, provisioning, testing, monitoring to troubleshooting production issues
  • Create test cases, or review test cases from partners and ensure good coverage for the required application flows
  • Build automated test and integrate with real time monitoring tool to ensure quality maintained all the time
  • Run manual and automated testing for mobile/hybrid app
  • Analyse issues and escalate to the right person inside the organisation or external parties
  • Help to replicate, debug and troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions and follow up actions


  • Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience
  • Min. 3 years of technical experience as Support Engineer, Software or Test engineer

Required Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Mobile, Web, Security technology and framework
  • Hands-on experience with a programming language such as Ruby, Python, PHP, Node, Java
  • A strong desire for quality and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills with ability to engage people in productive way
Not-required, but awesome:
  • Experience with Appium, Selenium, Robot Framework, Postman, or other testing tools
  • Experience in Monitoring tools: DataDog, RunScope, NewRelic, etc
  • Web development experience, building web pages with HTML, CSS and Java Script
