Senior Support Engineer

As Senior Support Engineer, you have the opportunity to accelerate the delivery of the product on the BBM Platform. You will work closely with Partners to help them integrate their application into BBM Platform. You will be the technical interface for partners in Indonesia and rest of the world

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Working with product managers to understand the application flows
  • Working with analytics team to understand key metrics to be captured
  • Own the monitoring and alerting setup to ensure quality is maintained all the time
  • Help partners to troubleshoot issues related to integration, tracking and Ad delivery
  • Analyse issues and escalate to the right person in the organisation and external parties

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience
  • Min. 3 years of technical experience as Developer or Support Engineer

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS and Java Script
  • Experience with a programming language such as Ruby, Python, PHP, NodeJS or Java
  • Familiar with Unix console, shell scripting and curl
  • Experience with JIRA Workflow, Service Desk and Confluence
  • Good communication skills (English and Bahasa) with ability to engage people in productive way

Not-required, but awesome:

  • Experience in Monitoring tools: DataDog, RunScope, NewRelic, etc
  • Manual and automatic testing experience using Selenium, Robot, Appium, etc
