Head of Data & Analytics

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & expand the Data and Analytics Division of KMK Online
  • Capture, monitor, analyze, and provide insight from data to optimize performance of KMK Online sites – Descriptive Analytics
  • Extract information from existing data sets in order to determine patterns and predict future outcomes and trends – Predictive Analytics
  • Provide periodical insights / reports / recommendations to different teams and stakeholders in the company – Prescriptive Analytics
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams in executing A/B & Multivariate tests, and UI/UX tests (heatmaps, scrollmaps)
  • Provide ad-hoc general information & analysis (i.e: traffic, demographics) for competitive data in supporting the Sales dept. using 3rd party tools

Requirements:

  • Must be expert with Google Analytics (event tracking, A/B tests), Excel (pivot, vlookup), and Data Visualization
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional background (data & analytics / engineering) and 2+ years of leading teams
Bonus points for experience with:
  • Enterprise analytics tools (i.e: AT Internet, Omniture, Coremetrics)
  • 3rd party demographic analytics platforms (i.e: SimilarWeb, EffectiveMeasure, comScore, Alexa)
  • Big-data discipline tools (i.e: Hadoop, Python, R)
